"The last night I paid for a late check out because we got off work at 7am, 11am wasn’t enough sleep. We were gladly willing to pay to get to sleep till 2pm. However at 11am a house keeper knocked and was rude about it. Then at 12pm she vacuumed with the loudest vacuum right outside our door. I called the front desk and begged for them to make them stop. I get she was probably not done working for the day till our room was cleaned, but that was not ok!"

"Very unclean on the outside. Lobby was okay but everywhere else was dirty!! Elevator, carpets in hallways and room very dirty. Mini fridge smelt bad and never got a chill. Pool was closed ( not that we would dare use) "
