"I'm so glad there was 24/7 service available and the pool open late as I checked in late and really wanted to use the hot tub and pool eve though I also made sure to book a room with the jacuzzi. Breakfast was bare minimum but still good and quick. Would do again."

"This is a very nicely updated hotel in a great location near downtown, but the pool and hot tub were not in working order. Having a pool and hot tub were the main reason for selecting this hotel. Had we known, we surely would have stayed elsewhere. We could not cancel and rebook as the reservation was through Hotels.com. There should have been an announcement on the website that a key amenity such as this is not available. Very disappointed!"

"staff was friendly. at first glance the room looked ok. I booked this room for the KBP weekend, so from Thursday-Monday. the mattress box springs were completely stained with no effort to even disguise it, there was like pieces of grout on the floor, the window had some kind of heavy duty tape on it from wall to window. there was also a smell we couldnt identify or get rid of, a trail of dark spots from door to window in the carpets. when we asked for extra towels, staff had us follow to a room where they proceeded to hand us damp towels, and one had weird orange stains. the walls had weird dirt splotches or god only knows what they were. barely any hot water for showers. the restroom had a bunch of grout pieces all over it. no DND signage. tv didn't work at all. phone didn't work at all. even when trying to call "0" for the front desk, it was just always "busy". if you looking for a place to simply sleep, shower, sh*t, book it."

"One of the most comfortable bed and pillows Ive slept on. Room was quiet even with dog barking down the hallway. Pet friendly room was large and clean. 2nd floor for pets seems like an odd choice tho. The hotel machines had some sorted, but limited items to buy. Area was quiet despite being close to freeway"
