"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. "Good weekend stay in mid-March. Our room was close to the garage entrance and the Rudder (restaurant/ bar next door.) We could hear people coming and going and while it was fine in the off-season, I would expect it could be loud in the summer (unless you are out having a good time with all the other summer people). It was thoughtful that earplugs were supplied - first time I've seen that!"

"The staff was incredibly friendly but the rooms were so dirty! I stayed there twice, the first time they had to change my room 4 times due to the tv not working twice and the third time the room smelt so bad of body odor. They were so nice though and the room I ended up with was fine but after switching three rooms and ended in a fourth. The second time I said they were nice enough and I’m sure the room will be fine but when I checked in, I opened the pullout sofa and there was human poop on the mattress and urine stains and smelt so bad of urine and poop! There was also trash behind the couch so the room was not properly cleaned even sweeping want done "
