"Very nice room. Staff is cool"

"The room was clean. The staff at check in were very friendly and most helpful. I was able to log into the WiFi but there was no internet connection 🤔. Didn’t bother to say anything; used the data on my phone as we were there for just one night. Getting room service on the phone was difficult and we eventually got help from the front desk. The staff who brought our food was nice and polite though. Shout out to our server at breakfast, Nivenka, she was absolutely great!"

"The photos of the property online looked nice. The reality was not. The place was run down and dirty. There were people sitting outside their doors doing drugs of several varieties... They also say they have an elevator, but we never found it. The fire department was there picking up an OD at the time. "

The hotel convenience store sometimes you’re in a rush and just need a water to go and I had to wait in line for 15 min while the one staffed was checking someone in who was having challenges with their reservation. Having a way to grab things faster on your way out would be helpful "
