"Initial room had a smell & bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Pubic hairs were all over the shower curtain. Neither was the floor mopped. Carpet smelled of urine. Staff moved us to another room upon request. We then requested our new room to be cleaned during our stay & was told cleanings had to be “scheduled” in order for the room to be cleaned. Asked for fresh bed sheets to put on ourselves at the least- it was like pulling teeth to get new sheets. Overall the staff were nice as well as the neighborhood location. Cleanliness was a huge downfall."

"Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! "

"Breakfast below average: choice of prepackaged muffins or granola bars, coffee and oatmeal. No room to sit in, just a table with food in bins to choose from. No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."

"Due to the terrible pillows, a couple questionable spots on my towel, signs aging on the building exterior and the way the parking lot is set up, I had to take at least one star off. Otherwise, the staff is kind the water and the shower stays hot and the room smelled clean and the size of the room and bed were impressive. For what my wife and I paid, I'm not upset."

"This hotel was run down. Most rooms were under renovation. You could hear smoke alarms beeping all night. This is a hotel that rents by the week so people live there. Room was not clean. I stayed multiple nights the cleaning people only emptied the trash and changed my towels. Did not change the beds or clean anything. The pool area was the only enjoyable part of the stay. "

"My room the floors where dirty, the room smell heavily like fabuloso masking smoke smell. The bed only had bed sheets, no comforter. We end up not staying the night. "
