"Everyone was pleasantly helpful the Elevator was slow but they were working on another in the building so it was pretty busy. Excellent location we seen a ball game which you could walk to we also walked to the casino and a few restaurants. The hotel restaurant was amazing food was hot and delicious. Homemade bbq chips were tasty. We had breakfast the day we left and it was great homemade biscuits and gravy were awesome. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Just know pretty much everywhere you go only uses debit or credit cards there not many places that take cash. The Christmas Story House was more fun than expected. Air show and Rock n Roll hall of fame was cool."

"The faucet in bathroom is placed awkwardly to the side and too close to edge of the bowl. The sliding bathroom/closet door would not be our choice. Nightstands are too small. Good plug-ins for electronics, but no room for book, glasses, cup of water and your phone. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful."

"We last minute decided to stay in Cleveland for a Guardians game last Saturday. Most of the hotels within walking distance of Progressive were booked or $500+. We were able to find a nice room for a decent price that was less than a 10min walk. The best part was checking in. We got there around 3 and LaToya checked us in. She was absolutely hilarious. She was cracking jokes the whole time. Great people person and very friendly. We will definitely be back."
