"We had a very nice time. Room was very clean, had everything we needed. The only drawback was this time of year there was no snack bars open by the pool. We arrived around 2:30 and even the restaurant inside was closed. The weather was perfect, so it’s to bad they don’t have something open outside. I would still stay here again, nice property. "

"Check in said between 4 and 8pm. Arrived at 4:15 and door was locked and front reception room empty with no lights on. Called Hotels.com to get a refund and find another hotel last minute and they refused to honor a refund. I was not able to check in on time as I paid for so they should have refunded the 1 night stay but still refused. I took the loss and moved to another property. Do not stay at this Oasis hotel. It looks like a crack house and very dirty from the outside so who knows what the inside looks like. From other reviews you can see that the pictures clearly do not show what this place really looks like. I wouldn't stay there if it was free or even if you paid me. "

"The room was clean, breakfast was decent, and the price was good overall. Check-in was a bit slow since only one staff member was working and several guests arrived at once. The stairway could use better upkeep—it was sandy. It’s a good value for the price. Would stay here again."

"The facility was clean and in a nice location by the beach. However, the property was dated, and really needs to be renovated."

"The choice of several indoor and outdoor pools was great for my kids. The view could not be beat from the 15th floor. The condo was awesome! Enough room for everyone, comfortable, I was able to cook in the furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms were definitely appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional with big smiles. We will be back!"

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."

"Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room. I spent about 20 minutes in the room; the odor was overpowering, and—naturally—I was not going to sleep in a bed that had been used by other people. When I returned to the lobby to file a complaint, there was no one there, and I demand a refund of my money. Thank you."
