"The hotel was clean which is why I gave 3 stars. The mattress was cheap and we could feel every spring in it when sitting on it or laying on it. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch during our stay. When we asked the staff if there were other rooms with different mattresses, we were told all of them are the same. We asked for a mattress topper and they didn’t have any. We spoke to another staff member who asked us how our stay was going and expressed the issue with the mattress. She advised she would have a house keeper bring us extra down comforters to make it more comfortable but that never happened. The hotel states that it has a bar, which it does, but the bar was not open and we were told it won’t be open at all. The breakfast was not good. The eggs, potatoes and sausage tasted like microwaved leftovers. One of the worst hotel stays we have had in a while. Highly recommend booking Holiday Inn Express just a few miles from this hotel. We stayed there a few weeks ago and had a much better experience!"

"The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night."

"This resort was wonderful, we stayed in a 1br suite on the 17th floor. Me, my wife, and our two girls 5 and 2. This resort won us over, from the rooms, to the amenities, to the staff, we were pleased all around! The room was plenty big enough for our little family and we felt very well accommodated in all aspects. we’ve been going to a different resort for years and this will definitely be our new getaway spot."

"I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this hotel and ended up enjoying it way more than I expected. The location was one of the best parts — it’s way up in North Myrtle Beach, so you’re away from all the crowded, hectic tourist traffic and hustle of the main strip. The beach area felt quieter, more relaxed, and the views were fantastic. The property itself is a little dated, but everything seemed to be kept in pretty decent condition. The pool area was large and enjoyable, and while the hot tub smelled a little odd, it was hot and working fine. The real hidden gem was the outdoor cabana bar area behind the hotel. They had live music, cheap beer, bar food, and a really fun laid-back atmosphere right by the beach. The room completely exceeded expectations. We booked a suite and it was phenomenal — king bed, two bathrooms, separate living area, couch, two balconies/patio areas, and even an in-room jacuzzi tub in the living room. For the price, it felt like an incredible value. Overall, this ended up being one of the better Myrtle Beach stays I’ve had, especially for the money. Great location, relaxing atmosphere, and much better than expected. I’d absolutely stay here again."

So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they had plenty of time to go outside and vape oh and I forgot yo mention the mold in the filthy shower so do yourself a a favor and do t waste your hard earned money !! Expedia should be ashamed for allowing this dump on its website ! 😡"
