Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort

"I don’t have enough words to describe how nice was our stay at this resort! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of this hotel, every interaction with all staff was so amazing. They are professional, friendly, and try to accommodate guests in every way! The room was amazing too! It was clean and no weird smells. We had a suite with two balconies with beach view. We also had a car and we had valet parking which was very simple and easy. The amenities here were great! Seats with umbrellas at the beach, swimming pool with a bar, restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the fitness center with sauna. I was impressed with the experience i had here and already telling all my friends and family about this resort and will definitely come back."

JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa

"Overall it wasn't the experience I expect from a JW Marriott. At check-in we were not told anything about how parking worked, so we had to go back and forth with the parking attendant and reception, then we were also not given an amenity card, so once arriving at the waterpark we had to turn around and go back to reception for that, it was just frustrating that none of this was spoken about at check in. The property also did not have a pool for kids to be able to enjoy once the water park was closed which, for being a family hotel I would at least hope there is somewhere they could swim. The staff (aside from check in) was remarkable, I would have given that 5 stars if check in was better. The cleanliness was ok, it does look like a lot of areas are just slapped with layers of paint, and the bathtub was so dusty and gross, pretty sure they don't clean that often. The waterpark had multiple things closed/not in use and all slides and food/drink services stopped at 5, so not sure what the point of saying it closes at 6, when clearly everything stopped at 5."

"Room was newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pricey but good in the hotel. One thing to take note, the hotel allows non-guests to purchase a day pass to use their facilities. The pool was very crowded over the holiday weekend with a majority of the pool facilities being used by non-hotel guests as indicated by their red wrist bands. Would return on future stays."

"Nice place to stay. Convenient. Just needs update on the rooms. Little old fashioned. Stand up showers should be installed. Better lighting. Our balcony door didn’t lock: just fix stuff that needs fixing. Bathroom tiles were slightly black. Just needs slight renovations in the rooms"

"Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Las instalaciones estaban impecablemente limpias y muy bien cuidadas. Todo el personal fue excepcional, muy amable y profesional, haciendo que mi estadía fuera aún más agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente a la señora Maribel, quien trabaja en el café al lado de la recepción. Su amabilidad, atención y trato cordial hicieron una gran diferencia durante mi visita. "This resort is the absolute BEST in Hollywood beach! My husband and I frequent South Florida and ever since we found the Diplomat we stay here as long as they have availability for us. The accommodations are next level- truly a resort, not just some hotel. From the helpful and friendly nature of the staff, to the amazing restaurants on site and the amazing pool/beach area- you will NOT be disappointed here!"
