Everyone remained calm and professional in what was clearly a delicate and stressful moment. I want to give a special shout-out to Miss Stephanie at the front desk—she handled the overwhelm incredibly well. Her grace, efficiency, and top-notch customer service truly stood out. Honestly, her professionalism alone would make me want to return to this hotel. She is simply the best!"
