"Room although small, it was clean, and comfortable. The staff were timely and approachable. Breakfast spread was outstanding. I might have missed it in your email that the entrance is across from the restaurant, so I wandered a bit upon arrival. Perhaps, stating that detail may help others. "

"Clean and new rooms. The room had AC and heater, USB charger in the walls (in case your uk plug adapter fails like ours did, we came from the US). Stable free WiFi (worked perfectly fine with NordVPN). One detail is that at night you can hear the tube train passing every now and then but it wasn't too noticable. The breakfast was cheaper than any other options around (it was 10.99 per adult) and it tasted very good, we were pleasantly surprised, especially that kids eat breakfast for free (we had 4 kids so it definitely made it a great deal)."
