"Great stay!!"

"Needed a place to stay for 2 nights that could accomodate 4 travelers and 2 boat trailers. This was the place! Welcoming staff, clean rooms - certainly not "luxury" but that's not what we wanted or needed! - and ample parking. Would stay again!"

"Nice place, friendly staff!"

"Room was clean, and breakfast was good"

"This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed & it’s not even close. There were roaches & flys in the room, the sheets were stained, mold in the bathroom, & overall an ick feeling. When I went to my car there was a rat by the door. I couldn’t even believe it. I ended up staying most of the time at my friend’s hotel."

"It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Knoxville."

"Great stay would recommend again."

"Super friendly staff at the front desk. Clean rooms and great prices."
