"The website says that it was dog friendly. That is why we rent the rooms. When we got there, dogs were not allowed. I ended up having to give a $200 deposit to keep the dog there. I’m supposed to get the $200 back in 3 to 5 days. We left the room clean and five dollar tip to the maid. The room was awesome."

The room service was both quick and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with, from valet to front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. "Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "
