"The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was varied and nutritious. We loved the fact that the food entrees eg home fries and scrambled eggs were served plain without any additional spices. This is very important for people with food allergies and sensitivities. An inconvenience that was noted in our room was that the bathroom faucet is too short and consequently the running water splashed onto the sink countertop. Overall, a get stay and when visiting Niagara Falls New York, do not hesitate to consider this hotel."

"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"We spent the past weekend, Labor Day at the establishment. The room was ok, except there was trash in can in the Master bedroom. Also the grass needed to be cut, spider's and leaves on the porch. Biggest problem was that we were NOT told where we needed to park. Because of that we were woke up in the middle of the night, very rudely by the upstairs tenant. Apparently we were parked in the wrong place and we needed to move immediately!!!!! All in all I would NEVER recommend this for anyone and I would NEVER stay here again "
