"Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, we did have issues accessing our room, the card reader on the door was broken and had to be fixed which is why I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5."

"The pool was not open (huge disappointment). Traveling with kids, needed the pool.. I should be reimbursed for not having a functioning pool. The bathroom has no where to hold anything in the shower. Not enough pillows on the beds."
