"PRO: Very clean hotel in a neat location with friendly staff and a great breakfast. It would be great for a couple on a getaway.
CON: The vibe of the hotel on the weekend is loud and there is a huge party going on outside with live music and lots of traffic around the hotel until 11pm. We have teens so it didn't bother us, but if you are a family with small children be warned. There is also major road construction in front of the hotel.
Overall a great stay, just may not fit every family."
"Conveniently located next to the casino, Sheetz gas station next-door Tesla charging rooms. Nice bed was good only in the way was the towels were not stocked so we had one tile for two people so I had to request more."
"Very nice site and hotel. Lake views are stunning. Several walkable restraunts in the area. Room is spacious and clean. Bar is not anywhere big enough for the number of guests this hotel can accomodate. We wanted to have a drink before dinner but most of the tables were reserved - you dont have the room for reserved tables, we went to another business. There were 2 things about the room that we did not like; there is no in-room safe. They advertize a safe deposit box available but thats just not going to cut it. Obvious cost cutting move. The refrigerator is unusable, it does not have a temperature control like a normal fridg, it appears to have some sort of run timer that I could not get to work, it just ran continuously. All of our food and drink froze so I just unplugged it. Another wacked untested cost cutting scheme. If you want to cut costs (keep the fridgs from running all the time) put them in a cabinet that has vent grates to let the heat out. You would think that a company this big would hire competent architects that would know that you cant totally enclose a fridg in a cabinet and have it work correctly."

"We came to use the outdoor pool and we surprised to find it had an outdoor bar and grill also! It felt more like a resort outside than we were expecting!"
"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed were so comfortable, great location also. We loved that the breakfast was McDonald's, however my only complaint is we stayed 2 days and only got a voucher for breakfast for one day, not a huge deal however we didn't plan to have to buy breakfast, so that kind of sucked since we wanted a hotel that provided breakfast for both days that way everyone had a full stomach for our trip home and I wasn't spending extra money to feed 8 people (we had 2 rooms) We have stayed in 3 separate hotels in Erie, all in the same location and other than the breakfast issue this was the best place we stayed. We recommend this place especially if your on a budget. If you have little ones this hotel is super close to a amazing park and the zoo! We're planning to stay here again before summer ends, however we will be prepared by putting breakfast in our budget or bringing something to eat for breakfast."
"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the check-in time. Over the years, many hotels have discontinued complimentary amenities such as bottled water, and check-in times have gradually shifted from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This property’s check-in time of 4:00 PM feels quite late, especially for travelers who have spent the entire day driving and are in need of rest.
After a long journey, guests are often left with the choice of either spending additional time outside waiting for check-in or paying extra for early check-in. Extending flexibility for arriving guests or reconsidering the standard check-in time could significantly improve the overall guest experience."
