"Every room said “non smoking”, yet the hallways smells exactly like a cigarette. My son and wife were going to come with and I’m glad they didn’t, as I don’t need my son inhaling all the cigarette smell"

"We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We ended up having to go out for breakfast and coffee every day. When we asked if we could have breakfast the following morning, staff were quite rude and dismissive, saying it was no big deal since it’s complimentary anyway. Housekeeping was also an issue, garbage wasn’t changed and fresh towels weren’t provided. We had to ask multiple times, and only some of us eventually received towels. The rooms themselves were run down and not very clean. Overall, the listing is very misleading the photos online appear to be of the EveSpring Inn & Suites, not the actual EverSpring Inn we stayed at."

"As you walk to the front door you question entering due to the condition of the welcome mat. The stool behind the counter was duct taped and foam was sticking out. The entry furniture was grimy and the breakfast area chairs had vinyl peeling off of them. The pool is dirty. The floor and pool. One pool was not heated. The splash pad did not work. The room was ok but the chair was grimy. Would not recommend. "

"The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom ceiling was bulging from what appeared to be a water leak and would drip after shower use. The tub did not drain properly, and the surface finish looked worn or damaged. The TV cord plate was hanging off the wall, which gave an unsafe and unfinished appearance. There was paint on the carpet, and the entryway floor was noticeably dirty. Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and not well maintained."

"First of all, the room was very clean, the hotel seemed very clean and nice. After visiting grandparents in Bismarck, we got back to the hotel with our swimsuits on, and ask the staff if the pool was still open, they said it was closed. We said for the night? They said no temporarily closed. Didn't you see the sign? And honestly there were a bunch of signs and I didn't see the sign and wasn't told anything about this and I got a 11-year-old little girls that was super excited to swim. I think they should have to post that on their website or at least tell you when you walk in to check in that the pool's down. And when we asked if it was still open, they were very rude about it. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean. It just sucked because the pool was half the reason I booked the hotel in the first place."
