For breakfast the pot labelled "hot water" was ice cold, there was one napkin for the guests, the food choices were bad. Other guests must have also been disgusted because nobody was in the dining room. When I mentioned the hot water and napkin problem to the morning front desk person he didn't try to help, he just said the kitchen staff had not shown up that day. Since breakfast is part of what we were paying for, we felt we had been deceived. We left and went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will post many bad reviews for this hotel and I will never return, it was awful!"
