"We did not go to the bar or have breakfast.We were there for a run , but this hotel we have stayed at a couple times it is always clean , well staffed. It is really really a nice hotel."

"My daughter, year old grandson and I were first given a room rank with active water damage mold and mildew. We returned to the front desk and were given a room with heavy smoke odor lingering. We were exhausted and opted to keep it. So we viewed the staff as sort of helpful, but why rent out rooms in a non smoking hotel when the smoke odor has not been mitigated?"

"Elevator was broken, completely hot tub, and pool. We’re both not available. Electricity in the rooms were subpar as well as the cleanliness."

"The room seemed hastily cleaned. I had to ask to have the desk chair changed because it was extremely soiled. And the two times I stayed here, I needed to swap rooms after check in because the shower's didn't drain properly. The second room was almost always better. But I eventually went and purchased drano for the shower drain. Breakfast was very good. Waffles daily, juice, sausage, and a choice of cereals and breads. Better than paying for Waffle House. Staff tend to be 2-3 star. But they basically give you what you want, if you ask. I had to have my keys reset at least 3 times in one stay, an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Parking is free and cool. I have always been look out and see my car from my room. Work out area is basic, but there is a planet fitness about a 10 minute drive away. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of outlets. "

"The beds are extremely uncomfortable as they are too firm like sleeping on the floor. "

"It was fine. We opted for the deluxe loft room which we were really excited about and thought it would be on the top floor with a cool view. Instead they are on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the parking garage. It was extremely disappointing. The TV was just a cable box so no way to cast Netflix or any other type of content. It was a OK room but I would never stay again. "
