"Very good for family, good breakfast but no markers on the food items, had to ask if items contain dairy, meat, eggs etc, Clean rooms, good amenities, we missed microwave for kids milk as the cafeteria was very far away, very scenic surrounded by tall mountains, close to all good eating places and hot springs. Parking was tight and limited, Overall recommended stay."

"The room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked (good thing too cause the traffic is loud). I liked the convenience of not having to check in and out, everything was automated through text messages. I did however, think that I was getting a room or cabin with kitchenette but that was not the case. Possibly my fault during booking, I dont know. The pictures on the website is a tad bit misleading. But with that being said, we can't be the price for what we did get."

"The entire 360° stay was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time in South Fork because of this location. The room, super clean, the staff were super responsive and the noise we expected to be bad from the highway wasn't noticeable at all. Talk about a home away from home. We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever in the neighborhood."

"This is a 1898 hotel in the San Juan mountains old mining country. Most unique hotel we have ever stayed in the US, England, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico. All the bedrooms represent the turn of the century with meticulous care by the owners Matt and his wife. Expect a hearty and warm welcome by Matt when you arrive. This is an excellent choice for your lodging in a wonderful hotel and town."

"Silverton is a quirky little town - The Dent Elbow fits right in and is well placed for everything the town has to offer. There is no management on site and as luck would have it we had a problem with our door handle but owner Nick responded very quickly to our message and took care of the problem. Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There is a bar below the rooms but there was no problem with noise at any time. Would stay again."

"This a clean no hassle hotel to stay in. In the center of Silveton. Great location, do not expect a TV in your room or any hotel staff to assist you. However maid service is on site. Really enjoyed the people staying at the hotel. Dk"

"The hotel was a small but lovely place. We had a room with a full size bed, we thought we were getting a queen, and a shared bathroom, that we were told was very nice bathroom. The shower was like a camoer shower, the way it was explained we wete under assumption it was a spa like bathroom. I understand most Colorado does not have Air conditioning, it was 85 degrees in the hotel at 8PM. Large steep flight of stairs to walk to the rooms wasn't pleasant for a handicapped person. Nice place but won't be rooming there again."
