"The hotel is located in a nice area and close to shopping and dining. The hotel seems to be in good condition and I noticed there were renovations going on like new flooring! The room was clean and bed very comfy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I used the laundry facility (washer/dryer) but my clothes did not seem to get very clean or dry. Perhaps an upgrade on the machines would help. Overall, my experience was good. "

"Undergoing renovations so elevator not available. Breakfast not available, though they had take-away bags with fruit & granola bags, etc. The room was lovely. The rest will be too when it is finished. A very nice hotel."

"We had some trouble with the soap dispenser but was able to get bar soap at front desk. The pancake machine broke down when we were there, available coffee was spotty at the kiosk."

"I arrived late at night after long drive and the staff at the front desk was so kind helping me to check in as soon as I can take a rest. The facility looks and probably is old, but fine details were taken care and very clean. Highly recommended. "

"Previous multiple visits have been superior in all respects. This most recent stay was diminished due to a hair and debris clog in the bathroom sink. However, staff did respond to my complaint immediately. All other hotel features remained superior, which included front desk staff and especially Stacy Ann in the restaurant. I also commended the restaurant manager for the hospitality, excellent menu, and food. The hotel has consistently served as a home away from home during our business trips to Cheyenne. We look forward to our next business trip in two weeks."
