Hotels near Frontier Mall

"They overbooked the hotel, didn't tell us and we rode in form 15 hour drive with 3 kids. Had to get room with one bed, when booked one with two and had already paid for it. Poor lady at desk, management should be ashamed for leaving her alone. Running hotel and diner. Was horrible experience. Don't recommend ever showing up. Zero stars if could."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. After driving all the way from Texas and already being charged for my reservation, I arrived only to be told they no longer had my room available. No real solution, no accountability, and I was forced to drive another hour just to find somewhere else to stay after an already exhausting trip. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would think twice before booking here."

"After a bad night at another local hotel we booked a room here and the staff was exceptional and helpful. He even had breakfast early when he knew we had to be at work at 6am. Would definitely stay here again mainly because of the staff."

"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. At 2pm I saw two gentlemen walk in and a few minutes later, walked out to get their bags. I jumped out and asked if they were able to check in since there was a strict no check in early policy that the lady was not nice about telling me more than once. They said they got their keys no problem. So I walked in with them and all of the sudden I was able to check in. Got to my room. It was nice until I took my shoes off and walked across a very dirty floor with lots of dirt on my feet now. Pulled back the covers to find lots of black short hairs on my sheet. Bathroom was disgusting and AC unit didn't work properly. From check in to check out, was a nightmare and I will never stay there again. "
