"I would pick this hotel again and again. The hotel is clean and smells so good!! Coffee is available and fitness center has all that you need."

"A place that once was. You could see/picture how it used to be really good. Now, it's rundown, poor condition. Hotel full name is not even on the building anymore. My room, dirty sheets, missing lightbulbs, furniture, walls that had water damage. Breakfast, someone behind a gate, will make you a waffle, or give you a pastry/toast. Water/juice etc is given you by person behind the gate. Have to eat the breakfast in dining room and not allowed to take it out of that room. Parking lot, is mostly potholes "

"Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this used to be an old hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed. The lobby is reminiscent of an Art Deco bar in Miami. Pony up to the bar for a crafted cocktail or morning cappuccino. Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge."

"There was no breakfast, no bar, no food and beverage at all. When I checked in there a sign posted that said restaurant and bar is permanently closed. I checked out about 20 minutes after I checked in, when I saw my room was not clean and saw a bed bug on my pillow. I am waiting for my card to be refunded as I booked two room for one night. There was a sign that said the hotel was under renovation, but there was no mention of this on there website."

"Parking was great. Everything was clean. My room was very cold and needed maintenance to switch it back to heat. Wish there were extra blanket in closet. Hot water was hot. Staff very friendly. "

"Infested with mice and roaches. Halls smell like cigarettes, bathrooms had strong urine smell. Washing machine consistently broken on 1st floor. Unless you stayed on the top floor which looked like a completely different hotel. "
