We stayed at Element for a week and our entire stay was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Starting from the receptionist, to Tasha at the hotel bar, Betty and John Williams at the breakfast/lobby area. Excellent service and the rooms are always neat. Highly recommended place to stay when in Charleston.

The Staff was very helpful. The breakfast that was complementary was one of the best I had ever had had a hotel pool area and outside amenities were great. I recommend this hotel and the next time we’re in Charleston, we will stay here

Beautiful brand new hotel. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a little sketchy. A days inn motel with a few tractor trailers parked along the road. A lot of choices for food and shopping as the Tanger Outlet is just across the street. Asked for late checkout and they said they didn’t offer it. That was disappointing because we were working 30 minutes away and left early and would have been nice to be able to shower and leave for our 5 hour drive
