"One of the worst stays I’ve had. The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the electronics provided (like the hair dryer) were filthy. The AC and refrigerator barely worked. On top of that, I paid for valet parking and my car was damaged while in their care. Completely unacceptable—avoid this place."

Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.
