"This is the best $110 property you will ever stay at. It's worth every cent. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. They have a hot tub, which is the reason I stayed here. One of the front desk personnel came into the elevator as I was going to the pool area, and I told her how happy I was about the hot tub. She told me to call maintenance if it wasn't working. It was the right temperature, but it was not working. She could have called for me as she knew they needed to reset something. Fix that and follow up with the customer, and I would have given you 5 stars."

"We stayed here for UF Family weekend. We booked early, and the rate wasn’t too inflated. Things really book up around that time and there is price gouging, so we chose an affordable hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and made us aware of amenities. They offered a shuttle for the UF football game. Your stay includes free breakfast. Coffee, fresh popcorn and cookies are available most of the day. The condition of the elevator and the carpet and chair in our room needed some attention. The hotel has a bit of a damp or musty smell. We went nose blind to it pretty quickly, though. I know moisture is a big challenge in Florida. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and my teenage son said he slept like a baby on the sofa bed, for which the front desk gave us clean sheets, blanket and pillow. Overall, a positive experience. We would stay here again."
