Except for the front desk, all staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The property and rooms are exceptional, which is the reason for the rating. The front desk was a disappointment and TWICE ignored me standing in front of them (first checking in myself and then again checking in a later arrival).

This hotel was above my expectation. It is one of the most beautiful hotel i stayed. The service was outstanding. Everything was excellent. My kids love the pool and the toy store. I really enjoy walking around the hotel every corner is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were great.

This property is impecable. Extremely clean and staff is always very friendly from the front desk and parking to anyone that works in any part of house keeping, guess services and restaurant. The food is excellent anywhere on the property. Everytime we stay it is a pleasure!

Immaculate property with a luxury feel. The spa is a must visit for a massage. The Yellow Pony Pub is a fun lively bar and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. Definitely will visit again.
