"We stayed one night. It’s our second stay. This time we had a 3rd floor and a balcony which was nice. Breakfast was ok, I had veggie omelet, it had no cheese which was great for me. I have dairy allergies, was disappointed they had no non dairy creamer for coffee. I left a dress there that I bought in Italy. They shipped it to me in 3 days for a fee. We will stay here again on our next trip through Asheville. They are also dog friendly,"

"Very nice hotel with nice staff in a good location. I was not a fan of the "valet only" parking....just generally do not like when hotels do that. It feels like a way to severely overcharge for parking instead of letting guests just self park."

"Front desk was friendly. Coffee/creamer available throughout morning since we missed continental breakfast, but it smelled great! BW next door has some pot smokers in parking lot, but they were harmless. Bed comfortable, bathroom nice, tv needed my Netflix password to access anything."
