In my particular case, I didn't have a sea view; also, one thing I didn't like was that—although the description states the hotel has 10 pools—there wasn't a single one located where I was staying. The unit does have a kitchen, but you need to bring absolutely everything you need for cooking (kettles, frying pans, pots, knives, plates, and glasses), as it does not provide any of these utensils. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the sea and restaurants, though it is a bit distant from department stores."
