"Breakfast was pretty good, room was spacious. We arrived pretty late, so we were tired. When we got into our room, it smelled very strongly of garlic- like someone had just eaten some strong food in there. Also, there was no bedding for the pull out bed, which we needed. We needed to sleep, so I didn't mention the garlic (otherwise I would've) and I picked up the necessary bedding at the front desk instead of trying to call for it. Other than that, it was a solid motel. "

"Everything was good except i had trouble understanding why the A/C set up in a way it's blowing directly at our head on the beds and it's not adjustable. Sleeping reversed felt necessary but odd."

"The room was the cleanest hotel room I've stayed at in years. Absolutely spotless! Ample parking near front door for oldies like me. Breakfast buffet was crazy - everything you need to start the day- eggs, ham, hashbrowns, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal and waffle station!"

"Hotel was fine , a bit older but not bad. The hotel had many members of construction crews staying there which would not be an issue if they were not all over the parking lot, drinking beer and smoking weed. They were blocking any open spots sitting on ice coolers having a party in the parking lot. Many of them drinking in their cars, music blaring from at least 5 of their vehicles at once ,coming in and out of the parking lot extremely fast , putting anyone walking through the lot at risk. It was chaos just being in the pool area with all of this going on. Staff did not care as you could see them walk by and say nothing. I understand this crew are also guests of the hotel , but they should still follow rules like everyone else. "

"Really enjoyed my two-night stay at Lexen Hotel in Valencia. The design stood out right away it has a really cool cowboy/western vibe, but the rooms are modern with a nice rustic touch. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and well put together. The beds were super soft too, which made it easy to relax after a long day at Magic Mountain. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made a big difference. Overall, just a solid, easy experience. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was functional but it's showing its age with flecks at the bottom of the TV screen, a nightstand drawer that kept rolling open, and nicks in the furniture. If you're sensitive to hard walking above you, either request a third floor room or hope for the best. That was the worst part of my stay: whoever was above me. The general manager (unfortunately I forgot her name) was one of the nicest, most gracious people I have ever encountered at a front desk. The young lady who was working at night was also extremely kind to the guests I observed her assisting. The two men who were there when I checked in could learn something from them."
