"I have been staying here for over 5 years whenever I go to Auckland the staff are awesome rooms are clean appreciate parking covered n secure. I found I had sore neck which I thought were beds but turns out I took my own pillow and no neck pain not hard really love all the shops"

"This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. Free laundry facilities on-site with flexible hours were also a big bonus. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to Takapuna Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Looking forward to our December stay!"
