"Nice and clean, centrally situated. Only issue we had and not motels is after coming off motorway and travelling up Edmonde Rd. ensure you are in left lane turning right onto Lake Rd if traffic busy otherwise cannot get onto side road."

"Nice clean room with very you would expect from a hotel room. Parking is not included and it’s an additional $30/night for a basement parking, or street parking is available. Entrance foyer is run down and dated, but staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very good and within walking distance of most attractions in Takapuna Beach."
