"The whole place is very run down. Very tatty and falling to bits. One of the beds did not have clean sheets and we had to use a sleeping bag on the mattress. No soap - only shampoo and moisturiser. Luckily we brought our own. One of the lights in the bedroom began flicking and fizzing. No smoke alarms ..."
