"Great location for Takapuna beach and shops. Parking was good even though it was extra. Spacious 1 bdrm suite. Comfortable bed. Quiet and great black out curtains. Beautiful views. Bathroom extractor fan didnt work. Full kitchen and nespresso machine a bonus. We will be back when we come back to Takapuna."

"This place has some bad reviews but we found it to be great for the price. Check in was easy, rang number on the door and the manager appeared with a key. The room was spacious. Yes it is older but it is clean, beds were comfy and towels and sheets looked new. Despite being on a main road and we were in unit #1 near the road it was quiet. Milford shops are 10 min drive and 24hr petrol places 1 min up the road."
