"we booked this hotel due to it having a hot tub, we checked in on Friday 5-29-2026. nothing was relayed prior to check in that the hot tub was not working. as i was waiting in line to check in Friday afternoon my fiancé walked to use the restroom and he looked into the pool area and noticed there was caution tape around the hot tub. we asked the young lady at the front desk and she assured us that it would be fixed tomorrow (Saturday 5/30/26), which it was not fixed then. it was still not usable when we checked out Monday 6/1/2026. we went down to ask for a new set of towels at 8:00am on Monday 6/1 and the gentleman at the front desk said can you wait until housekeeping comes in they will be here later this morning. i was very aggravated at this point so i just said fine and went up to our room to get packed since we had to catch our flight home. we just used our dirty towels, as we were loading a cart up over an hour later to load our rental and check out the front desk representative walked upstairs to hand us a set of bath towels."
