"I was visiting Va Beach for my birthday. When I did my booking, I made sure to mention that but it wasn't acknowledged during check-in. Holiday Inn Oceanside is my go-to hotel when I visit. Modern with all the great amenities. Hemingway's has really good food & drinks. Happy Hour is awesome! Although I didn't choose to eat there during my trip, there was always a good crowd inside the restaurant as well as outside dining area."

"Clean room, staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was good and was maintained very clean at all times. However, I would suggest management to clean the pool more often. I never saw it being clean and the water was extremely dirty for an indoor pool. It wasn’t inviting when you walked into the pool amenities. This was the only thing preventing me from giving them an excellent review."

"We stayed 2 nights and I have no complaints other than having to park a block away due to very limited parking out front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were great and always asked if we needed anything when we seen them in the hallway."
