When there was an issue with a buzzing compresser they upgraded our room immediately ! That factor alone made them a cut above the rest of the hotels along the VB Oceanfront ..."

"Other guests smoking dope on balcony, listening to loud music. Free breakfast was low quality food. Vibe here is pretty casual. Was hoping for more upscale experience for the price paid. Staff were pleasant. Valet parking mandatory for a fee. Might as well stay at the Hilton."

"If I could put up pictures it would show paint on curtains chips of the tub bathroom door broken at bottom and disgusting and filthy. No blankets not one blanket. It was an awful hotel"
