"Location is absolutely perfect. Our apartment looked over the Place des Heros and the town’s beffroi. However a few things need to be improved. We booked for 4 adults and we were given just one bath towel. There was loads of dirt and built up dust on surfaces, along baseboards, and under the sofa bed when we opened it. "Room was very clean and comfortable. Myslwf and my 2 children stayed 2 nights. Very peaceful nights sleep. Hotel is right opposite the Lille Europe and under 10 minutes walk from Lille Flanders. We spent 2 days in Lille and 1 day we took the tgv to Paris (only 1 hour away) Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel has a continental breakfast, aswell as drinks, snacks etc. Small fridge and coffee maker in the room. A few other guests stayed here and travelled by train to Disney paris. Highly recommend Novotel and Lille, perfect for a lovely mini break."
