"Clean room , good staff"

"Very noisy hotel as it's on the main road. They give in room instructions for casting your device to the TV, but that doesn't work, they just shrugged their shoulders when I asked why. The housekeeping staff didn't refill our coffees, didn't replace face clothes and where our complimentary water was, they put an open half bottle there. The showers in gym area don't have conditioner, but for some reason have body lotion. On the plus side it is a clean hotel, great breakfast, good gym and sauna, breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location. I will stay somewhere different next time though, very overpriced for the low standards."
