We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Baku! The location is perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Kenan and the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. Also, Nigar from customer service was always helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly special — they surprised us with a delicious cake in the room, a beautiful fruit basket, and a mix of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts. We always have great experiences with Mövenpick hotels, and I believe we’ll continue choosing them, insha’Allah.

It was my first time in Baku, and upon my arrival to my room, there was a nice surprise of a bday cake and message, which was so thoughtful! This hotel really is the best location to all the attractions and must visit. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff really did attend to all our needs and requirements. The breakfast was good and overall I had a lovely experience in this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Tip: There are 2 entrances in this hotel, and if your looking to venture further out of the city where you need a taxi then make sure you book your taxi using the back entrance with the location point to 161 Dilara Aliyeva so they can pick you up easily as the front entrance has cameras and is on the main road and it can get difficult for them to collect you from there.

I had a really great experience at Movenpick winter Park hotel. Everything from the room to the services was excellent. The staff were super helpful—especially Rakan and Russle. They genuinely cared and didn’t spare any effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to them, everything went smoothly, and I truly felt welcomed. This place will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience. Baku is a safe, traveler-friendly, culturally rich city with magnificent architecture and great cuisine. We preferred to stay in Mövenpick Winter Park Hotel which is located 10min walk from the heart of the city called Nizami District. Our deluxe edition penthouse hotel room was clean, neat, peaceful with the best city view. Definitely the best value for price hotel compared to the other similar class ones around the district. We stayed at the highest floor but still heard heavy honking noise from the street especially in the mornings. I’d like to thank especially the friendly Receptionist Mrs. Fatima and Customer Relations Manager Mrs. Nigar Rzayeva-Fomicheva for their high-level hospitality during our 5 days stay in the hotel. I’ll definitely plan to visit and stay there again.

My stay at the Mövenpick was very pleasant, and the location turned out to be perfect. At first, I wasn’t impressed when arriving through the back entrance—it was tight, and I could barely squeeze in to reach the front desk. I even considered leaving. But Fatima at reception, with her kindness and warm smile, convinced me to stay at least one night. I ended up staying five. She is truly wonderful and so helpful. A special thanks as well to Nigar, who assisted me with directions to the Old City and recommended excellent restaurants. She checked on me daily through WhatsApp, always offering help whenever needed. And Ayten deserves recognition for arranging my Gobustan and mud volcano tours. She assured me I could contact her with any issue, and she meant it. When the tour driver attempted to charge more than the agreed price, I messaged her directly; she immediately resolved it through the company’s management. Their professionalism goes far beyond expectations, and I truly appreciate all they did.

Overall, a good hotel in close proximity to the city center with friendly and supportive staff. I'm fully satisfied! Our rooms were on the 11th floor, so we enjoyed a nice view from our windows. Noise from the nearby road was audible but did not cause any inconvenience.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Big rooms, great view (from our side you could see Flame Towers), in a walking distance to the City Center, old ciry. The winter park just across the street also has many Dining options. Nice ans friendly stuff. very comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. no more no less (but great view from the 15 floor). Only down side - our shower has no place to put the Shampoo and Conditioner without it falling.

It's just ok. Not great, not bad. The location is great and near everything. The staff some are world class , some should change profession. The rooms are decent but need to work on plumbing issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but would choose another hotel in my next visit.
