"Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

"This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. Highly recommended "

"Upon arrival we weren’t able to check in yet but Patty gave us a thorough overview of the grounds and services and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the grounds. There is so much to do and it’s a pity we couldn’t spend more time. There’s a shuttle that goes to Santa’s village which was very convenient. "Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "
