"This charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially the kind receptionist who helped with my luggage after a long journey. The hotel feels like a hidden gem, with its cozy, elegant décor, velvet sofas, and soft music creating a peaceful atmosphere. The garden is beautifully kept, featuring loungers and a partial sea view, while the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for relaxing. One small downside: a few guests took towels and blankets, which was disheartening, especially for a family-run place that puts so much care into every detail. Breakfast was a highlight. As someone who’s gluten- and lactose-free, I was impressed by how easily and kindly the staff accommodated me—and the food was delicious. My room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and I appreciated the personal touch of the animal-loving owners. I’d absolutely return. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a welcoming retreat with heart"

"One of the best holiday Inns I have stayed at. The free breakfast was a real plus as was the free parking for 24hrs followed by parking for £2 a day. For Portsmouth you can’t beat this hotel. Would highly recommend! "
