"The property and staff was amazing, even when we didn't understand the "lighting" concept of the do not disturb, when I asked why house cleaning didn't come, they were so patient and immediately came to clean the room, for I was so appreciative. Room service and even security were amazing, so nice and patient. I would definitely begin my trip to Istanbul with this hotel again in the future, nothing compares even as we try different areas within Istanbul."

"Room was very spacious, and ultra clean! A/C worked well, and it was very easy to maintain a perfect room temperature. Never met a staff member who wasn't smiling. Morning breakfast buffet was an abundance of riches! (I won't dare tell how much weight I gained!) Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve.
