The manager was incredible! He got me the best room, cooked for me, took me to the touristic areas and even bought my bust tickets for the next destination! The hotel was super clean and everything was perfect! Amazing experience!

Amazing home stay, family really nice and helpful, laundry service really good, the only negative for us was we needed to get a taxi to places as not walking distance. He did have bikes that could be used however this is not something we felt safe doing with the busy roads.

altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us full price no matter the room situation, and breakfast was meant to be included, but it took a while for them to actually aknowledge it... they were trying to charge us for it and said there was no such thing as free breakfast at that hotel... the guy who owns the hotel was still really really reallyyyy nice to us, but if i have to write a review, i must be honest...

Very nice Homestay, the room is very clean and cozy. The price including breakfest is more than fair. The family was so nice and helpt us withe every thing we needed. You can rent a good motorbike to a fair price. To Tam Coc its 10 minuts with the motorbike. We had a very gread stay and can just recomend this place.

We cannot say enough good things about this homestay. Everything was excellent. Mr Hiang is a lovely person who made us feel very welcome. The homestay is immaculate and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. He helped us organize our travel and use his taxi service. We rented a motorbike from here to go to nearby attractions. We would definitely return.

Perfect Place

We chose this location based on location, price, star ratings and reviews. It did not disappoint! Hai and his wife gave excellent service, and cooked reasonably priced meals on site. There are bikes and also motorbikes for rent. The rooms are so comfortable!!!! And laundry service. We had a great experience in Ninh Binh

We had an amazing stay at this homestay! Even the welcome was so dear and warm, the family and all the other staff working there was so kind and nice to us. Breakfast was very good, also dinner. Our room was very clean (!), every day it got cleaned up even if it was not dirty. We rent every day motorbikes for just 6 dollars what is absolutely affordable. Also we felt like we are in good hands because Hoang was there for us and also asked us everytime if everything‘s good. We liked our stay there and I can recommend you this homestay! It was really fantastic!!! You will love the homestay and the family! Even at Check-out Hoang was so kind to us and hugged us - we loved that warm farewell! You need to stay there!!!!!

Fine :)

Cons: A bit far from the sights, however it is possible to rent a bike. Pros: Everything else! The staff was very polite and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable even though they were busy. We can definitely recommend staying here and enjoy the nice atmosphere and outside area!

Fantastic Homestay Hotel

Beautiful family run Homestay hotel, friendly honest and helpful owners. Situated in a beautiful garden setting on the edge of Ninh Binh. Easy bicycle ride into Ninh Binh, or to Tam Coc and Trang An. Bicycles available for hire. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, serviced daily. Onsite restaurant with good food. Very happy with my stay, booked for 2 days, stayed for 9. Highly recommend.

Fantastisk opplevelse

Hadde et fantastisk opphold på Hoang Giang! Eieren kunne ikke vært mer serviceinnstilt og hyggeligere, og det er absolutt en av våre beste overnattingsopplevelser vi har hatt i løpet av de 2 månedene vi har reist. Eieren henta oss gratis på togstasjonen, hjalp oss med å bestille bussbilletter videre og han og kona kjørte oss til busstasjonen med mopeder da det viste seg at taxiene i området var opptatte. Rommet var fint og rent, badet var romslig og senga var komfortabelt. Vi lånte moped av eieren for en billig penge, og kom oss lett fra homestayet til Mua Cave og Trang An. Både frokost og middag var god, og vi fikk i tillegg deilig frukt fra hagen, te dyrket fra hagen, godterier og lokal alkohol. Vi følte oss virkelig hjemme, og skulle gjerne ha blitt lengre! Eieren viste oss også rundt i den fine hagen deres og til en hytte ved elven der de pleier å fiske. Dette stedet anbefales virkelig!

Rekommenderas verkligen

Bästa stället! Vi kom supertidigt på morgonen men blev insläppta och fick ett rum på direkten. Vi hyrde cyklar som vi tig oss runt på. De som äger det är väldigt trevliga, glada och vill verkligen hjälpa till. Kommer garanterat bo där igen om jag återvänder till Vietnam.

One night with a friendly family

The experience of staying at Hoang Giang Homestay was amazing. We got a warm welcome and the check-in was smooth. The room was clean and spacious - exactly like in the photos. Plus, we got to have dinner at his new restaurant, we were the second customers. Well prepared meal by his wife for 100k each. We were well fed and taken care of. We were even invited to have his homemade Banana rice wine. It tasted like sherry. We are sure the alcohol helped us sleep better! Overall, the service and hospitality of Mr. Hai and his wife were top notch!
