"Small rooms but comfortable and very clean. Staff very helpful and welcoming. The pub was reasonably priced with a good range of beers and spirits and a decent menu. Continental breakfast was good with a range of cereals, toast, drinks, cereal bars, muffins, juice and yoghurts, tea and coffee."

"Very bright and modern rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and fresh and the dinner in the pub was good as well. Great for a one night stay as everything is there in the same building. The town is small but the Doune castle is worth visiting."

"Great welcome by Alison , super room with a view to die for ! Lounge area by the log burner was perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Evening dining was available which was fabulous and very high quality. Breakfast was also excellent made all the more special looking out to the view of the Loch . "The food was lovely. Mac and cheese meal was well presented as was the burger and fries. The beef burger was very good quality. These items were ordered from the children’s menu. Portion sizes were very generous. The breakfast choices were good too. Small cafe shops nearby for alternative breakfast fare as well as a local supermarket. Car parking is very good."

"Beautiful cottage for 7 nights, everything provided in the fully furnished cottage. Allowed a later check out due to no afternoon bookings without having to request. Would highly recommend & would stay again next time I’m in the area. "
