Despite some cobwebs on the ceiling the room was clean. AC/fan didn't work, the open balcony doors helped but very loud over the restaurant and street. Restaurant dining was good, staff friendly. Location lovely, very walkable. Excellent parking and amazing views. Beds were OK for comfort.

The room was very clean and spacious. Hôtel Vacances Bleues Le Royal
Fantastic location! Lovely old hotel but tired. It had an update perhaps 10 years ago but needs another. Noisy air conditioning in the rooms, but it really works. Pay for the ocean view. It’s amazing. Don’t pay for the breakfast. It isn’t good. Much better breakfast at cafés around the hotel.

Just not what one would expect at this price point. No hair dryer in the room and no milk for coffee. Price ...

Le Meridien Nice
Fantastic location. Lobby is in good condition. The room I was given ( even as a platinum elite Bonvoy member) was quite dated especially in the bathroom. Staff was helpful.
