"Check in was good. We had a generous sized room looking out onto the bay with a balcony but it came at a hefty price. The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor dirty in the corners. Items were replaced haphazzardly. No mugs in the room despite a kettle and we had to ask for these. Breakfast was adequate but slightly mean spirited, evidenced by tiny juice glasses and bowls for other items. Bar service was friendly and welcoming with, surprisingly, generous portions for the bar food."

"Really nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Room clean, dissent size and comfortable bed. Natalie, reception desk, outstanding service, great personality and manners. We did not wake up for breakfast, but I heard it was good too. Coffe, snack and tea all day available at no charge at the bar/ lounge area 8th floor. Location is good: 2 train stops from terminal 2 of Nice airport, free no charge train ride and 200 yards walk. Taxi is expensive especially at night, 20 to 35 euros for less then a mile drive. I had to pay due to late flight and unfamiliar area, but in reality, it was simple to save money."
