The property was great we enjoyed out stay there are 3 rooms upstairs our bed was comfortable the bathroom was huge so was the closet and the shower was amazing... lots of winerery in the area prob 5 to 7 min from downtown.... overall great stay very quiet neighborhood

Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. I appreciated being able to relax on the patio. It was very easy to get around to wineries and downtown NOTL. Our host Caitlin had tons of suggestions about what to visit and where to eat. My only concern was that the rooms were upstairs, which may not be right for all guests.

Settlers suites is located in a quiet area of NOTL. The location is not in the historic area, but very close. The suite we had was very clean and suitable for two people. Caitlin was a very personable host and a wonderful entrepreneur. Her breakfasts were amazing. Highly recommend Settlers Suites!

My room was clean. The bedroom, bathroom and closet were all very spacious. Caitlin was friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. She even provided brewed coffee with real cream, not that powdered stuff. Parking was also free at the property and check in was a breeze. my husband and I enjoyed a romantic stay and would definitely stay again.

The bedroom I was in was very small. Only a bed, TV, 1 small night stand and a table with coffee maker on it. There was no where to sit and eat food in our room except on our bed. We had our own bathroom, thank goodness, or we would have left. The shared fridge located in the hallways is very small, but it worked as there was only one other couple there during our stay. The walls are very thin and hard to talk to watch TV without worrying if we are disturbing the people in the room next to us. The host was very friendly and her breakfasts were delicious. The location is about 12 mins to downtown little town of Niagara on the lakes. The shops/restaurants all close between 6-8pm. Downtown Niagara is 25 min drive away.

Excellent accommodations! The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom is spectacular. Parking is easy, and the neighborhood is safe and lovely. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend, and will visit again!

Everything was first class. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom is beautiful with a Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was excellent. haven't had a frittata in awhile. Only drawback was long stairs up to the room which wasn't a problem for us but might be for some.
