"When we arrived we went up to the room and noticed there was only one towel. So immediately we called down to the front desk to say that we needed more towels and they said we can't bring them up. But you can come down and get them okay. That's kind of awkward next thing. TV didn't work and it was missing the back of the remote. We just let it go the next day. Found housekeeping and housekeeping said oh there's supposed to be two remotes and then the remote they gave us the second time. Still didn't have a back to it. When we left we told front desk about it. They said they weren't going to charge us and the other thing was that there's all kinds of black and and just yucky stuff around the fridge of the bed and around the tub and around the base of the tub. Conditioner was out of conditioner but on the good note the AC worked very well and after a long day of walking in Niagara the beds were comfortable enough. But for the amount of money I don't know that I would stay there again."

"The reception staff was nice. The hotel itself is in terrible shape (dirty chairs, dirty elevators, elevator button broken!, no lotion in the rooms). Would not stay here again. When we were having breakfast, a man working for the hotel walked upto our table and starting taping a sign on the table WHILE WE WERE EATING. I did not say anything because clearly he lacked total insight into hospitality. It’s the worst place I’ve stayed at in a long time. Will add one positive: it’s right across the state park and the location is very good- probably why they’ve been able to get away with the poor conditions of the hotel."

"The breakfast bar was wonderful, freshly made and always warm. The bar and restaurant servers were the best! Their customer service was impeccable and so friendly, every single employee. We looked forward to Happy Hour as we met the best people to hang out with in the evening. Will definitely stay at this establishment and eat and drink at their restaurant!!!!!!"

"1-2 blocks from hospitals and from university medical campus. Best thing is the free shuttle to anywhere in the downtown and (after calling the driver) coming back. Important since no nearby city bus stops. Food & drink: free breakfast is fine, bar open at 5pm, no restaurant in hotel or nearby but several in 15 min. walking distance on Main Street (and the shuttle can take you directly to a supermarket or any downtown restaurant). Fridge in the room."

"My stay at Comfort INN was okay. They have limited room service which limited on a need bases. I was not impress with the location of the cafeteria for breakfast. They can make some improvement of the food area.The variety of food was limited."
