"If you’re looking for a great location and a comfortable place to stay in Niagara, I definitely recommend this hotel! ✨ The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and overall, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay! The only downside was that the elevators were often very busy, so there was sometimes a wait. Other than that, everything was great! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"As soon as we entered the parking lot we were greeted by Will, the parking attendant, who gave us clear directions. We then were welcomed by friendly staff at the front desk, who checked us in and also explained everything in a friendly manner. The rooms (as we extended our stay and needed a second room); were very nice and clean. We had a falls view, which was breathtaking every time we looked out. The restaurant was convenient and offered a variety of food. The pool was a bit smaller than I hoped but it was clean and inviting. My boys liked using the exercise room daily. But my highlight was without a question, Will. Each time we walked in or out of the hotel he would greet us with a friendly word or two. His bubbly personality welcomed conversations. He even went out of his way to draw us a map of local stores."

"There was an issue at the hotel and our reservation was bounced to another hotel. I was unhappy about it at first, due to traveling alone with my child and not having much notice. I didn't have time to map the route ahead, figure out parking issues, etc. However, the Staff were helpful, made it easy, and as soon as they knew there was a problem they fixed, making sure that I had a place to sleep (a lovely, safe, clean hotel) instead. Though I'm sad we didn't get to stay at this classic, historic Oakes hotel, my son and I had a great time in Niagara."

The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the convenient location, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby without worrying about a long commute. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay while visiting the area. I would definitely recommend the Clifton Victoria Inn to family and friends and would happily stay here again!"
