Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"The hotel is located in a very good place, close to many restaurants, The Rainbow Bridge, and the Niagara Falls State Park. I couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were ok, not great. They weren't rude or anything, but a couple of them just seemed disinterested. The "breakfast" was pretty much a joke. There were some bagels, toast, cream cheese, peanut butter, and little else. The parking situation was so-so because there were clearly not enough spaces to accommodate all of the guest. If I were to go somewhere in the evening, when I came back, I'd have to park in the deck across the street and pay $15. Also, they don't really police the back lot. They don't know who's parking there and who's not. The room was clean, but there were a few obvious water stains from leaks on the roof. I was on the 4th floor. Overall, it was decent, nothing special."

"This is a very good option at this price point. You're a fair distance from the Falls. If you have your own vehicle, then it's no issue. If not, be sure to factor that in. I do believe they have a free shuttle for some attractions. It is a newer property. But there is some wear showing in certain areas. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the area kept clean. Overall, a great value for the money."
