"Staff were excellent (Bashir). So were the parking staff, very helpful. Great location! Only negative was lack of a coffee station in the lobby which the other IHG properties have. Room was spacious. New renovated bathroom was fantastic."

"I was charged $40 for parking that was not mentioned at the time of reservation. Despite being charged for parking, there was not security, and had two jackets stolen from my car. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there. The whole situation with parking ended up feeling very deceptive."
